मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत में केंद्रीय पंचायती राज मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर से की भेंट

मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय पंचायती राज, कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर से भेंट की। मुख्यमंत्री ने राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम द्वारा सहायतित और कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा अनुदानित राज्य समेकित सहकारी विकास परियोजना में अनुमन्य अनुदान को हिमालयी और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों के लिए 20 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 40 प्रतिशत करने का अनुरोध किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड को आर्गेनिक स्टेट बनाने के लिए गम्भीरता से प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। परम्परागत कृषि विकास योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य में 10 हजार जैविक क्लस्टरों की अनुमति दी गई थी। पहले चरण में आवंटित 3900 क्लस्टरों में जैविक कृषि संबंधी कार्य पूरे कर लिए गए हैं। जिससे लगभग 78 हजार हैक्टेयर कृषि भूमि को जैविक के अंतर्गत लाया गया तथा 1.5 लाख कृषकों की आय में वृद्धि हुई है। मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय मंत्री से जैविक प्रदेश की अवधारणा को मूर्त रूप देने के लिए स्वीकृति के सापेक्ष अवशेष 6100 क्लस्टर आवंटित करने का अनुरोध किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा ट्रूथफूल बीज (टी.एल. सीड्स) खाद्य सुरक्षा मिशन के अंतर्गत अनुदान पर वितरित करने की अनुमति प्रदेश को दी गई थी। उत्तराखण्ड के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में बीजों पर अनुदान अनुमन्य करने एवं गुणवत्तायुक्त बीज की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कराने के लिए वर्ष 2021-22 में भी ट्रुथफूल बीजों पर प्रमाणित बीजों के समकक्ष अनुदान दिए जाने का भी आग्रह मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय मंत्री से किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय बागवानी मिशन योजना के अंतर्गत राजकीय क्षेत्र के सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिए वर्ष 2021-22 की 280 करोड़ रूपए परिव्यय की अतिरिक्त कार्ययोजना बनाई गई है। केंद्र से इसकी स्वीकृति की जानी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय मंत्री से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण के तहत 16472 के लक्ष्य का आवंटन ग्राम पंचायतवार एवं श्रेणीवार ‘आवास साॅफ्ट’ में कराने का अनुरोध किया।
केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर ने मुख्यमंत्री को उनके मंत्रालय की ओर से हर सम्भव सहयोग के प्रति आश्वस्त किया।
